Revolving State Icons Plugin - RPG Maker MZ / MV

Plugin details:

- Animates state icons, such that they revolve on top of a battler's sprite.

- Offset, speed, and radius of revolution are changeable from the plugin parameters, or through meta tags under the notes section of an actor / enemy.

How to install:
